Use
In this Customizing activity, you define default settings for the LORD_MY_QUOTATION OData service that is used by My Quotations.
Requirements
You have maintained relevant Customizing for Sales and Distribution (see Sales and Distribution). For more information, see SAP Library for SAP ERP on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/ecc. Choose a release and then Application Help. In SAP Library, choose SAP ERP Central Component -> Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Customer Inquiry/Quotation.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the following default settings are defined for My Quotations:
- Default Doc.Type
This classification distinguishes between the different types of sales documents that My Quotations can create. In the standard system, the quotation document type is defined as QT (Quotation).
- Default Item Price, Header Discount and Item Discount
These keys uniquely identify their respective conditions. The condition type indicates, for example, whether, during pricing, the system applies a price, discounts, or other pricing elements, such as freight costs and sales taxes. Each of these pricing elements has a condition type defined in the system. In the standard system, they are defined as follows:
- Default item price: PR00 (list price)
- Header discount: HA00 (percentage discount)
- Item discount: RA00 (percentage discount from net)
- Expiry Threshold (Red)
This value defines the number of days prior to the expiration date that triggers the expiry countdown and quotation status to be displayed in red.
