Use
Note
This IMG activity is only relevant for loans that are based on the product category Installment Loans (360).
In this IMG activity you define the field status for the organization profiles. The basic settings for your organization profiles, such as loan number, and the partner bank type, are specified in the standard settings. You can only make limited changes to these settings using the field selection and field status control.
Note
If you change the settings in the standard system, the system changes the entries in the Define Field Status field to Customer Settings. However, you can only save customer settings if they differ from the system settings.
Requirements
- In the area menu for Loans Management (FS-CML) you have defined the products for which you want to create organization profiles.
- You have completed the IMG activity Define Organization Profiles.
- You have completed the IMG activity Assign Organization Profile to Company Codes.
Standard settings
Activities
To define the field status of the organization profiles, complete the following steps:
- Enter an application, a component and an organization profile.
- Choose Continue.
- Double-click on the entries in the system table TDFIELDCATALOG to select the fields that you want to change.
An entry screen appears in which you can make the following settings:
- In the Define Field Status for Organization Profiles group box select the appropriate field status.
- In the Status Options group box, select the options that you intend to use for your organization profile.
- Note:
Depending on the settings you make in the Status Options group box, only some of the possible field statuses are permitted. This means that your entries in the Status Options group box must not conflict with your field status selection or the standard settings.
