Use
In this IMG activity, you define the URL addresses for each company company code, URL category, and purpose. If you want to enter a URL address that is longer than 132 characteres, select the detail screen. There you can use several lines that the system then summarizes into a long URL address when it reads from the database. Where you split the URL address is irrelevant. The system joins the parts together with no blank spaces.
You need this data for e-mails that contain links to Internet pages.
Requirements
Make this setting once you have defined the URL categories under Define URL Categories.

Example
When you assign credit memos to an invoice in transaction FB15, you can send an e-mail to your customer from the transaction. The WWW address that the e-mail refers to is stored under the URL category FSCM and purpose FB15.
