Use
You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) in the component SAP Dispute Management(FIN-FSCM-DM).
You can use this BAdI to change the case type for dispute cases already determined by the system that are created via the SAP Biller Direct (FIN-FSCM-BD) component. The BAdI is always called when a user creates a dispute case from component SAP Biller Direct.
Requirements
You have entered a case type for SAP Biller Direct for each of the corresponding company codes. In Customizing, choose Assign Case Types for Dispute Cases from SAP Biller Direct.
Standard settings
You have activated BAdI_Implementation FDM_AR_BD_DEF_CASE_TYPE in the standard system. The default coding is executed automatically if you are not using your own implementation.
The BAdI is not filter-dependent and cannot be used more than once.
In the standard system implementation, the case type determined by the system is transferred without change.
