Use
In this Customizing activity, you manage the templates and task lists that contain the steps required for the change in leading valuation.
Templates contain the structure, sequence,and dependencies of all important tasks that must be executed as part of the change in leading valuation.
A task list is an executable instance of a template in which the tasks are executed and documented.

Requirements
Standard settings
SAP provides templates for the tasks that must be executed in a Customizing system and production system for a change in leading valuation.
All templates for the change in leading valuation are defined in the Closing Cockpit.
Activities
Templates
You can copy the templates supplied and adjust them to your own requirements. For example, you can insert your own closing or check steps. However, you must retain the sequence of the steps within the template.
To copy an existing template to your own namespace, choose Copy Template. You can begin the name with an alphanumeric character. When the template is copied, it is also created in the Closing Cockpit.
To edit a template that has already been copied to your own namespace directly in the Closing Cockpit, choose Display/Adjust Template.

Task lists
You can create an executable task list from an existing template. Choose the substructure Create Task List for the individual template. When a new entry is created, the task list is created as a current copy of the corresponding template under the name specified.
Note that subsequent changes to the template no longer affect task lists that have already been generated.
To execute a project to change the leading valuation, you need to define exactly one task list as Active per template type. Only active task lists can be executed in the Web Dynpro application for the change in leading valuation.
Once you have finished editing the task list, you can remove the Active indicator again.
It is not possible to simultaneously define multiple task lists for the same template type as Active. This means that you can only execute a project to change the leading valuation with one task list per template type.
