Use

In this Customizing activity, you assign MCA keys to process types for P&L processing:

  • PLC    P&L Close
  • PLL    P&L Lock
  • PLT    P&L Transformation

You can group MCA keys and assign them to process types. The system can use this assignment to select the accounts and corresponding FI documents indirectly.

You can set the indicator to"Balance-Based". By default, the processes select FI documents posted to the specified accounts. If you set this indicator for P&L processes, the system selects and processes the account balances instead.

Requirements

You must have stored the MCA keys in the relevant account in the transaction G/L Account Centrally (FS00).
