This is where you assign external flow types to a report category (e.g. external account statement). As a result of this assignment, you determine the column the external flow type is displayed in and the summation to a column total.
Example for interest certificate
Ext.flow type Name Column Addition
100 Repayment 1 (= column 2) 0 (included in total)
300 Interest 0 (= column 1) 1 (not included in total)
Requirements
You must already have defined external flow types in the previous step.
Activities
Enter the work area. Assign the external flows to the report category. You do not need to maintain the fields "allocation of external flow to a column" and "display of external flow type" for all report categories. For more information, see Further notes.
Further notes
In the case of the external account statement, the allocation to a column and the indicator "display of external flow type" have no impact
For the payment schedule, the field "display of external flow type" also has no significance.
