You use this customizing activity to specify conditions for the various crawler actions. These conditions are then applied when sending the data collected by the crawlers in the index queue to the search index.
For example, you can specify a time or a number of entries. Once this value has been reached, the index queue sends the data to the search index.

The overview screen displays the different crawler actions.
Select an entry and then choose Details. On the Details screen, use the parameters Schedule Time
and Schedule Max. Documents
to specify the conditions that the index queue uses to transfer your data to the search index.
Schedule Time
In the parameter
Schedule Time
, you can specify a time interval as a condition. This interval determines how often the index queue transfers your data to the search index.In the text field, enter the time interval using the following format: ALL-<h>:<min>.

, enter the number of intervals after which the queue server should start the optimization of the search index.While optimization is running, the queue server does not trigger any more indexing. Indexing is paused until optimization is completed.
