Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Specification Management (EHS-BD-SPE) component.

You can use this BAdI to define checks that are run when:

  • Specification value assignments are created
  • Specification value assignments are changed
  • Specification value assignments are deleted

  • The BAdI is designed for multiple use.
  • The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
  • The BAdI is not delivered with a default implementation.

If you call the above function modules again from within the BAdI implementation, this can result in an infinite loop if you do not include appropriate logic to prevent this in your implementation.
