Use
In this IMG activity, you define the composition types and specification types for which the system can perform the compliance check.
Requirements
You have created specification types in Customizing for Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S), by choosing Basic Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Master -> Specify Specification Types.
Standard settings
Activities
Create the required composition types and assign the specification types.
If you create a new composition type, you have to adjust the set of rules and the mapping table accordingly. You also have to create a corresponding filter implementation for the Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_EHSB_RC_COMP_EXPL.
If you delete a composition type, you do not have to take any further action.
Note
Changing parameters can make existing results of the compliance check invalid. The system does not adjust existing results of the check.
Therefore, you have to perform all compliance checks performed so far, again, to obtain results that correspond to the new settings.
