Use

In this IMG activity, you use the data carrier to specify whether the original files should be stored in the SAP database or in an external archive, depending on the document type.

Standard settings

The data carrier SAP-SYSTEM is set in the standard system, so the originals are stored in the SAP database. If you want to store the originals in an archive, enter the name of your logical archive as the data carrier.

Activities

  1. Call the IMG activity.
  2. For the document type, in the DataCar. field enter the name of the archive you defined in the IMG activity Specify Data Carriers.
  3. Save your entries.
