Use

In this IMG activity, you assign your content server to the object type DRAW and the archive document type DRW.

Note:

Documents in Document Management (DMS) have the object type DRAW and are linked to the archive document type DRW in the standard system when they are stored in the archive.

Activities

  1. Call the IMG activity.
  2. Choose the line in which DRAW for the object type and DRW as the archive document type are listed.
  3. Check whether the L indicator (status of link entry) is set, that is whether the content server is active. If this is not the case, proceed as follows:
    1. Copy the line containing DRAW for the object type and DRW as the archive document type.
    2. Set the L indicator in the copy.
    3. Delete the line containing DRAW for the object type and DRW as the archive document type where the L indicator is not set.
  4. Under Cont.Rep.ID enter the content server you defined in the IMG activity Specify Content Servers.
  5. Under Link enter one of the four link tables delivered with the standard system. These are TOA01, TOA02, TOA03, and TOAHR (only for documents from the SAP application HR). Alternatively you can also define your own link tables.
  6. Under Retent.Period specify in months when the entry for the stored document can be deleted from the link table.
  7. Save your entries.
