Use

In this IMG activity, you define the tolerance value of the variance code maintained by you.

You define variance code as an attributes that you want to use for Effort Reporting in the IMG activity under Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Working Time -> US-Specific Services -> Effort Reporting -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Effort Certification Attributes.

During effort certification by the manager, the system validates an employee effort actuals based on the tolerance value of the variance code maintained by you in this table. If the tolerance value exceeds the tolerance value maintained in this table, then the system sends back the effort actuals to the employee for re-certification.

  2. Select the attribute.
  3. Enter description of the attribute.
  4. Enter the tolerance value of the variance code.
  5. Save your entries.
