Use

In this IMG activity, you define the bundled payroll periods for which you want to maintain effort certification process.

You can maintain multiple bundled periods but there should be no gaps between the bundled periods. For example, consider that you want to maintain two bundled period B1and B2, you maintain their validity as follows:

Bundled Period    Start Date    End Date

B1    1-01-2007    30-06-2007

B2    1-07-2007    31-12-2007

If you do not maintain the bundled payroll periods in this table then the system uses payroll period for effort certification.

Note

  • Bundling is a process of summarizing an employee's payroll information from multiple payroll periods.
  • Bundled period is a group of payroll period defined by you.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select the validity period.
  3. Enter a description of the bundled period.
  4. Save your entries.
