Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Technical Objects (PM-EQM) component.
You can use this BAdI to adjust the display of linear data in technical objects, notifications and notification items, (simplified) maintenance orders and operations, (overall completion) confirmations, measuring points and measurement documents. You can do the following:
- You can determine that some of the linear data fields are only displayed.
- You can hide linear data fields.
- You can define that a linear data field is a required field.
- You can change the titles of the offset frames.
The following methods are available:
- CHANGE_FIELD_DISPLAY
You can use this BAdI method to suppress or just display some of the linear data fields or the offset fields. You can also change the frame titles of the offset screen area.
- CHANGE_COLUMN_DISPLAY
You can use this BAdI method, for example, to hide columns in table controls containing linear data fields or make them mandatory.
- CHANGE_FIELD_CATALOG
You can use this BAdI method to set columns in ALV lists to only displayed, for example in mass maintenance transactions of linear data for equipment and functional locations (IE05 and IL05), or in maintenance of characteristics for linear equipment and functional locations.
- CHANGE_CELLTAB
You can use this BAdI method to set columns or cells in ALV lists to only displayed, for example, in mass maintenance transactions of linear data for equipment and functional locations (IE05, IL05) and in marker maintenance transactions (IK81, IK82).
- CHANGE_FCAT_LISTS
You can use this BAdI method to influence the display of columns in reports, for example, when selecting orders (IW38 - Change PM Orders, IW39 - Display PM Orders).
- CHANGE_OBJECT_DISPLAY
You can use this BAdI method to decide whether or not you want to display technical objects, maintenance documents or characteristics with linear data in graphics.
