Use
With this activity, you can configure which object types are to be displayed from the DRB. The overview contains only objects that correspond to the selected object types. The determination of additional objects is only carried out for objects that are displayed. This means that from a hidden object on, the link tree is completely cut off.
Hiding certain object types provides a better overview of the link tree and can considerably reduce the runtime for creating the overview.
The object type selection can be either user-specific or for a user role.
Requirements
Standard settings
If you do not make any further settings, all object types connected to the DRB are displayed and used to determine additional objects.
We recommend that you retain this setting as long as it does not affect the runtime or have a negative effect on the overview displayed.
Activities
Both the role maintenance and the user maintenance have the tab page Personalization. Choose the personalization object "SAP DRB: Display Options & Object Types for Document Links" (S_DRB). On the following screen you can select the object types.
