Use
The link tree can be displayed in a control or as a list. The control display gives you more options. For example, you can only specify the selection of fields to be displayed in a control.
The list display is useful if the DRB has been implemented in earlier releases and the upgrade is to have as little effect for the end user as possible. (In earlier releases, only the list display was possible.)
You can make the setting either user-specific or for a user role.
Requirements
Standard settings
The control display is used as standard. We recommend that you retain this setting.
Activities
Both the role maintenance and the user maintenance have the tab page Personalization. Choose the personalization object "SAP DRB: Display Options & Object Types for Document Links" (S_DRB). On the following screen, you can select how the DRB is to be displayed.
