Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Warranty Claim Processing (LO-WTY) component.
You can use this BAdI to:
- Map customer-specific back-end fields of a warranty claim to fields in the dealer portal
- Map customer-specific fields in the dealer portal of a warranty claim to corresponding back-end fields using RFCs and BAPIs
Requirements
Standard settings
- In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.
- The BAdI is not designed for multiple use.
- The BAdI is not filter-dependent.
- For this BAdI, the default implementation class DPWTY_CL_UI_FIELD_MAPPING is available. If no customer-specific implementation is active, this default implementation class is called.
