Use

In this IMG activity you specify whether the contents of a document area are to be indexed to allow full-text searches. You can also define whether contents should be classified.

Requirements

For contents to be indexed, the Index Management Service and a search machine must be installed and configured and the program RSTIRIDX scheduled as a periodic job to trigger the indexing.

Standard settings

Activities

Set the radio button in the WI column for the document areas whose contents are to be indexed.

Set the radio button in the Classif. column for the document areas whose contents are to be classified.

If you are using a Search Server Relation that is not the standard SSR, you can specify this in the column Search SRV (see also).
