Use
In this IMG activity you enter for each document area the name and port of the Knowledge Warehouse Web Server (SAP IKS).
If there are several Knowledge Warehouse (KW) systems, you can also specify another KW system as display destination in this activity. Documents called for display are then called from this system. This can be useful if you develop contents in the current KW system and then transport them into another KW system which contains the consolidated, released contents.
The display destination is the KW system from which contents are called for display, the maintenance destination is the KW system in which documents are edited. A maintenance destination is only to be specified when Customizing a non-KW system whose applications maintain contents in a KW system. Do not specify a maintenance destination when Customizing a KW system.
Requirements
You have configured the SAP IKS following the instructions in the business scenario configuration guide for SAP Knowledge Warehouse.
Standard settings
The fields Display Destination and Maintenance Destination contain no entries or the entry NONE.
SAP provides appropriate values for the fields FktWerte, PostSearch, Indexkomp, AttributeValue, Document Released and Queue Check. Do not maintain them.
Activities
- Enter the name of the Knowledge Warehouse web server (including domain) in the Web Server field.
- Enter the web server port in the HTTP Port field.
