You can use document spaces (see Define Document Space) to specify whether the corresponding documents should be indexed. This creates a full-text search for all the documents in a document space.

Activities

  1. Execute the activity.
  2. You can now do any of the following:
    • Change the activation flag and the description of existing entries
    • Add new entries
    • Copy and change new entries
    • Delete existing entries
    • Undo any entries you make

      Choose the appropriate symbol to execute the activity.

  3. You can use the flag Classif to specify whether the document space should also be classified.
  4. You can use the field Search Srv to specify whether a search server relation (SSR) other than the standard SSR (see also Define Search Server Relation) should be used for indexing.
  5. Save your entries.
