Here you can define which condition types in the pricing procedure that is assigned to a claim type are to be used as header conditions in the fast entry of warranty claims.
Use
You can enter these condition types manually on version level (screen 2025) when you process warranty claims.
You can view all the version of a claim at once on this screen. You can enter values for header conditions for each of these versions. You can use exactly one header condition of type "fixed amount" and one of type "percentage".
Requirements
You have executed the activities for pricing in Customizing for Warranty Processing.
You have defined the desired condition types as header conditions.
Standard settings
The standard system contains no entries.
Activities
- Choose the claim type for which you want to make settings.
The pricing procedure that is assigned to the claims type is added to automatically.
- Choose the condition types that you want to be proposed as header conditions.
The system only proposes the condition types in the F4 help that are contained in the given pricing procedure and that are header conditions.
