A new release provides changed and corrected IMG activities.
With a new release you can also use new countries and application components in the SAP system.
You can add the new IMG activities to the Enterprise IMG by selecting the new countries and application components.
When you generate the Enterprise IMG the following are created for you:
- Enterprise IMG
Your Enterprise IMG contains all the Customizing activities that apply to the countries and components you selected.
- "Components" folder structure in SAP Office
Your "Components" folder structure contains the applications component hierarchy you have selected.
- Filter for the Business Navigator
Your filter for the Business Navigator displays the application components you have selected using the Component view
Activities
Generate your Enterprise IMG
The Global Settings are always included since these are relevant to all application components.
Further notes
New components are color-coded to show you if a node is new or has new subnodes.
If there is customizing configuration to be made for a component (if it has IMG activities), the component is color-coded.
The colors are explained when you click the Information button.
