Use

You can use this activity for the system to save the state of your user interface in a database at regualr intervals while you work with various sessions.

You can set the following parameters:

  • Status Validity

    Saves the individual attributes of your current view, for example, tab pages, search results.

  • Audit Cycle

    Deletes all saved status- and list validities at regular intervals to prevent an excess of data.

  • List Validity

    Saves list of object keys

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose your clients.
  2. Under Status Validity, Hrs, enter the number of hours a session is to be saved in the database.
  3. Under Status Validity, Days, enter the number of days a session is to be saved in the database.
  4. Under Audit Cycle Hours, enter the number of hours after which the system is to delete the data to be deleted.
  5. Under Audit Cycle Day, enter the number of days after which the system is to delete the data to be deleted.
  6. Under List Validity Hours, enter the number of hours a list is to be saved in the database.
  7. Under List Validity Days, enter the number of days a list is to be saved in the database.
