This activity is no longer required with the new floor plan. UnderSearch Variant Selection (show shuffler) you can create and make search criteria available in a much simpler and more comprehensive way.

SAP recommends that you delete the data from the table.

Use

In the extended search it is possible to make groups of different search criteria available. You can, for example, search for customers by address fields or corresponding contact persons in Account Management. Here, the required search fields are always determined by selecting from two list fields. These are the search fields Search criteria selection (By-Shuffler) and Search Variant Selection.

In this activity you define what it is possible to select in the search criteria selection. This search field is located in the extended search of the People-Centric UI. With the selection you also define requested data for the selection, that is a certain field group. You can summarize your selection of search criteria under Search Group Structure. Your selected search criteria are displayed in a list field.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter an abbreviation of your choice for the search criterion in the column Search Criteria Selection.
  3. Enter a suitable name for the search criterion in the column Description.
