Use

In this activity you can download and save lists from the PC UI as CVS files.

Requirements

Under Version, you have created a version of the application from which you would like to be able to download lists as CVS files.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select an application via the input help.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Choose the view from which you want it to be possible to download a list.
  4. Select the version of the application from which you would like to generate a list.
  5. Select a code page.
  6. Specify the maximum number of lines that the generated list can contain. What you enter here restricts the number of downloaded data records for security reasons.

    If you leave this field blank, all entries are downloaded from the list by default.

  7. Enter a character as a column divider. Ensure you do not use a character that could also be a part of the text in the list, for example a comma.
  8. Mark the checkbox field Zip Compression if you want the CVS file to be compressed as a zip file.
  9. Enter a note under Comment if you want a legal note or similar to appear at the bottom of the downloaded list.
