Use

In this activity you can:

  • Predefine standard queries
  • Make predefined searches generally accessible

Requirements

An extended search has been created in the People-Centric UI.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Specify an application (optional).
  2. Specify the view of this application (optional).
  3. Select the user whose extended search you want to make available.
  4. Select the system from which you want to make a search query available using the input help for the field RFC Dest.
  5. If you want to make a query available in a language other than English, mark the checkbox Translation-Relevant. For more information, refer to SAP Note 736064.
  6. Execute the activity.
  7. Select the predefined search that you want to make available, and choose Copy Selected Entries.

The entry chosen is now available to all users on the People-Centric UI.
