Use
You use this Business Add-In (BAdI) in the component SAP Dispute Management (FIN-FSCM-DM).
With this BAdI you can transfer payment items to the CRM system. To do this, method PUBLISH_PAYMENT is available. If you also want to transfer customer fields in addition to the standard system fields, you require a separate implementation.
Requirements
You have activated the Claim Chargeback Recovery Process.
Standard settings
You have activated BAdI implementation CRM_CCM_PAYMENT_TRANSFER in the standard system. The default code is executed automatically.
