Use
In this activity, you define actions for staffing and candidates. An action is a customer predefined value that can be set for any existing staffing or candidate. You define actions independently for staffing and candidate.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system does not provide any entries.
If there is nothing defined for either staffing or candidate in the action column, the action column will not appear in the staffing or candidate list.
Activities
1. Choose New Entries. Maintain the following fields in the New Entries table.
Field Description / Action
Action Enter a unique identifier for the action.
Object Type Select an object type from the dropdown box. The object type determines whether an action is valid for staffings or candidates.
Icon Identify an icon to represent the action in the candidates list. Alternatively, you can specify a URL to identify a graphic icon in the URL Icon column.
Text Enter a description of the action.
URL Icon Enter a URL for an icon to represent the action in the candidates list.
2. Save your data.
