Use

In this Customizing activity, you create the Web service ports you need to create collaboration rooms from Project Management or from Portfolio Management. This Customizing activity can be used as an alternative to the activity Create Logical Ports.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Navigate to the Service Administration tab.
  2. Click on the Single Service Configuration link.
  3. Search by Consumer Proxy, enter the search pattern RoomABAPWSVi_Document and choose Go.
  4. Select the Consumer Proxy and choose Apply Selection. Use this proxy class only.
  5. Navigate to the Configurations tab and create a logical port.
  6. Choose a unique technical name for the logical port and a description.
  7. Enter the valid URL for WSDL Access (for instance http://pwdf6459.wdf.sap.corp:50000/RoomABAPWS/Config1?wsdl). The Default Port checkbox does not have any effect.
  8. Choose Apply Settings.
  9. Save the new logical port.
