Use
In this IMG activity you determine the text modules for each correspondence type, and the section within the SAP Smart Form in which they are positioned. The system allows you to select the text modules that you have determined here from a dialog box when you create the relevant correspondence.
Requirements
You must carry out the IMG activity Define Correspondence Type.
You must create the text modules as SAP Smart Form text modules.
Standard settings
Activities
Enter a correspondence type.
Specify the section ID for the section of the form in which you want to use the text module.
In the Sequence Number field, specify the sequence in which the system sorts the text modules for a section.
In the Form Name field, enter the name of the SAP Smart Form text module.
Set the default values to determine whether the text module should be selected for creating correspondence in the application.
Save your entries.
