In this activity you can create your own Controlling level for transactions that you would like to differentiate in the material ledger, further than the standard system offers.

Use the Controlling levels in the standard system.

Activities

  1. Decide whether you want to create your own Controlling levels for receipts and consumptions.
  2. Choose the appropriate activity in the dialog box.
  3. Choose New entries and enter a a key for the Controlling level as well as a name and a short desription.
  4. Choose Save.
  5. In order to be able to use the new Controlling level, you will have to assign a process category to it.

Further notes

In the dialog box, you can also call up a list of Controlling levels contained in the standard system as well a list of your own Controlling levels.
