Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the condition information that the employee receives in the portal (Web user interface) for the selected work area (worklist type).

  • Based on this selection and other system settings (for example, access sequences), the system determines the key combinations.
  • From the union of fields from the determined key combinations, the system determines the selection criteria.
    The sales employee can further restrict the content of the list for his or her current task by entering the desired value for individual selection criteria, for example, Customer A261057.

Requirements

In the Implementation Guide (IMG), you have made the basic settings for the worklist type (see Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Personal Worklist for Condition Information).

Standard settings

Important worklist types are already defined for the work areas of a sales employee. For more information, see Overview of the Configuration Process.

Activities

Select a work area (worklist type) and check the existing condition fields. If you want to take a specific condition field into account as a selection criteria (include or exclude), you must make an entry for this condition field.

  • If the condition field must be contained in the key combination, you identify the field as required.
  • If you want to reduce the quantity of determined key combinations, you add these condition fields with the Exclude option.
  • If, in addition to the selected condition field, the fields that use the check table are also to be provided as selection criteria, you set the Group Field for Condition Fields identifier for condition fields.
