Use
In this IMG activity, you specify the search strategy for the condition tables. In this way, you restrict the work areas of employees and ensure that they receive only the condition information for their specific work area (worklist type).
Requirements
In the Implementation Guide (IMG), you have made the basic settings for the worklist type (see Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Personal Worklist for Condition Information).
Standard settings
Important worklist types are already defined for the work areas of sales employees. For more information, see Overview of the Configuration Process.
Activities
Select a work area (worklist type).
- Enter the usage.
For example, some worklist types for the Sales Employee and Buyer roles are assigned to the Pricing usage. - Enter the application.
The input help lists all applications for the selected usage. - You can restrict the condition type (optional).
Based on this selection, the system determines the key combinations for the condition tables for the desired worklist type (for example, Usage Pricing, Application Sales and Distribution, Condition Type Price).
