Use
In this IMG activity you define the locations for which a local content server should be set up.You must only carry out this activity if you have set up content repositories on content servers in different places.
In order to use the nearest content server when maintaining documents, authors can assign themselves to the appropriate locations. In their user parameters they must enter the parameter LCA=<Location>.

Activities
In order to define a new location, choose New Entries in the location overview screen. Then enter a location name (max. 10 chars.) and a description and save your entries.
Example
Your Knowledge Warehouse content server, on which all documents are normally stored, is in New York. As you have installed more content servers in Paris and Sydney, you define the locations Paris and Sydney.
