Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Management in Logistics (LO-CMM) component. You can use this BAdI to extend the logic to derive mark-to-market reporting data. The following methods are available within this BAdI:
- MOVE_FIELD allows you to fill additional attributes that you may need to use as part of reporting.
- SPLIT allows you to split values even further. This may be useful if you need to split the values at commodity level or foreign exchange rate (FX) level.
- MANIPULATE provides you with extended options for influencing the data.
- CONVERT_SELECTION_FIELDNAMES allows you to translate selection fields into the field names in the underlying tables of the Purchase Order, Sales Order or Trading Contract. You may need this method if you have defined additional selection fields in queries that you have defined yourself.
- CONVERT_CURRENCY allows you to convert to a statistics currency if you do not always want the translation to be based on the actual currency rates of table TCURR.

Example
You want to classify commodities in 'portfolios' and report MtM at portfolio level. For this purpose, you have already defined your own table in which a portfolio has been assigned to each commodity.
You can use method MOVE_FIELD to derive and fill the corresponding portfolio for MtM reporting.
