In this IMG activity, you define the selection profile. The selection profile determines with which selection conditions inbound deliveries and empty shipments are read from the database.
Example
The seletion profile for preliminary entry defines that inbound deliveries which have already been registered are not selected because they have already been processed.
Note
If a shipment contains inbound deliveries which have been selected, the shipment is always displayed. In addition to the selection conditions, filter settings also apply.
Requirements
Standard settings
The following default profiles are available:
- posting and clearing (BORGR_BC)
- preliminary entry (BORGR_V)
All default profiles have delivery class G. This means that none of these profiles will be changed or updated by SAP.
Recommendation
SAP recommends not to change the default profiles. If you want to modify a default profile, create a new profile, and adjust it according to your requirements.
