Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define scale groups. You can then assign scales to these scale groups in the Customizing activity Assign Scale Group. Users can define the input help for scales by entering the parameter CFB_SCALE_GROUP_PAR with the parameter value Scale Group in their user profiles.

Activities
For each relevant scale group, enter a key and a name.
Example
You have a scale group at location X and another scale group at location Y. The users at each location only use the scales at their location.
You can define the following scale groups:
Scale Group Scale Group Name
Group 1 Scales for Location X
Group 2 Scales for Location Y
You then assign the scales of each location to the two scale groups in the Customizing activity Assign Scale Group. For parameter CFB_SCALE_GROUP_PAR, the users at location X enter parameter value Group 1 and the users at location Y enter Group 2 in their user profiles. When the users enter a goods receipt, they can see on the Weigh tab page in the input help for scales that the system only proposes the scales that have been assigned to their respective group.
