Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used for the qualifications for Concurrent Employment (CE) and Global Employment (GE).
You use the BAdI for the workflow template Expired Qualifications (1000089/PDExpiredQua). With this workflow template, the personnel administrator responsible is reminded that a qualification will expire after a certain period of time and that the employee with the qualification must renew it.
In the standard system, it is the workflow initiator, that is, the personnel administrator who creates the qualification and sets the validity period, who receives the reminder. You can use this BAdI for concurrently employed persons or global employees to determine which one of multiple personnel administrators responsible is to receive the reminder.
The GET_RECEIVERS method for the BAdI uses the personnel assignment for which the qualification and validity period were created as the input parameter. In the standard system, the changing parameter List of Receivers (CT_RECEIVERS) contains the workflow initiator. You can use this parameter to enter any other recipients of the reminder.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

Example
A personnel administrator creates a qualification for an employee and sets a validity period for the qualification. The employee subsequently moves to Canada, where another personnel administrator is responsible for him/her. In the standard system, the old personnel administrator in the original country receives a notification a short time before the end of the validity period and must allow the qualification to be renewed. You can use this BAdI to determine that the new personnel administrator in Canada receives the notification.
