Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used for the qualifications for Concurrent Employment (CE) and Global Employment (GE).
You can use this BAdI to determine how the ERP system responds when different proficiencies are defined for the same qualification for an employee in different personnel assignments for the conversion of the relationship between qualifications and persons/personnel assignments into a relationship between qualifications and the central person.
Use the program RHPE_CCE_CONVERT_RELATION for the conversion. The program assigns all of the qualifications in the system that were previously defined for the individual personnel assignments (object type P) of a concurrent or global employee to the employee instead (object type CP). This can cause conflicts if the same qualification with different proficiencies is assigned to different personnel assignments for an employee. You can use this BAdI to solve these conflicts so that the employee is assigned the qualification with only one proficiency after the conversion.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the BAdI implementation HRCCE_QUALI_PROF_HIGH is activated. The default code is executed automatically.
BAdI Implementations
- HRCCE_QUALI_PROF_HIGH
If there are conflicts, this implementation uses the highest proficiency that exists for a qualification in one of the personnel assignments for an employee.
- HRCCE_QUALI_PROF_LOW
If there are conflicts, this implementation uses the lowest proficiency that exists for a qualification in one of the personnel assignments for an employee.
