Use

In this Customizing activity, you can specify for a regulatory list:

  • Whether polymers are relevant for a regulatory list
  • In which value assignment type and characteristic the polymer labeling is stored
  • Which value assignment type contains the monomer composition

Using the selection fields Char.Regulatory List (Regulatory List Characteristic for Polymer Labeling), Rating, and Validity Area, you can specify which active value assignment instance is used in the VA Type Poly. Label. (Value Assignment Type for Polymer Labeling) selection field for substance volume tracking. You have the following entry options:

  • Entry in the Char.Regulatory List, Rating, and Validity Area selection fields: The system determines the value assignment instance relevant for the polymer labeling based on these three settings.
  • Entry in the Rating and Validity Area selection fields, but no entry in the Char.Regulatory List selection field: The system determines the first active value assignment instance with the corresponding usage (Rating and Validity Area). This value assignment instance is relevant for the polymer labeling.
  • Entry in the Char.Regulatory List selection field, but no entry in the Rating, and Validity Area selection fields: The system determines the first active value assignment instance for the underlying regulatory list. This value assignment instance is relevant for the polymer labeling.

Requirements

  • You have created a phrase for polymer labeling in phrase management.
  • You have assigned the phrase key for the characteristic for polymer labeling to the phrase set.
  • You have entered the phrase key in the environment parameter SVT_PHR_POL_INDICAT.
  • In the Customizing activity Specify Scenarios, you have selected an option in the Polymer/Monomer selection field.

Enter the polymer labeling and, if required, the monomer composition for each regulatory list.
