Use

In the IMG activity Specify Quantity Limits, you can specify that the system displays messages and sends e-mails as soon as a specific quantity limit is reached for a tracked substance. In this IMG activity, you specify the recipients for these messages and e-mails.

Activities

Note the following when you create the entries:

  • When you enter a document category for a recipient, you specify that this recipient receives only the messages relating to documents of this document category. If you do not enter a document category for a recipient, this recipient receives the messages relating to documents of all document categories.
  • If you specify an RFC destination for a recipient, the system can also send the messages to other SAP systems or clients.
  • If you specify a regulation or a scenario in an entry, the entry then applies only to this regulation or scenario.
  • If you do not specify a regulation or a scenario in an entry, the entry applies for all regulations and scenarios.
  • If the system finds two entries, that is one with a regulation or scenario specified and one without, it uses only the entry in which the regulation or scenario is specified.
