Use
SAP provides HTML documentation for users of the Cross-Application Time Sheet. You can add your own documents to suit your requirements. You create these documents using SAPscript in the maintaining documentation transaction (SE61). We recommend that you use the General Text document class. When data is synchronized, the system converts all SAPscript documents, for which technical names are stored in table CATS_MY_DOCU, to HTML files and transfers the files to users' notebooks.
Caution
The technical name of the standard documentation is MYCATS_USERDOCU. If you want to adapt this documentation to suit your own customer-specific requirements, we recommend you create a copy of this document in transaction SE61 and enter the technical name of the copy, as opposed to the name of the standard documentation, in table CATS_MY_DOCU. If you change the standard documentation, however, your changes may be overwritten the next time SAP delivers the documentation.

Activities
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the data entry profile for which you want the entry to apply. This enables you to control to which notebooks the document is transferred.
If you do not enter a data entry profile, the document is transferred to all notebooks.
- Enter the document class TX (for General Text).
- In the first column entitled Text Name, enter the technical name of the document you need.
Note: If you used the General Text document class as recommended, you do not have to enter anything in the second column entitled Text Name. If you used another document class, however, you do have to enter it in the second column entitled Text Name.
- Enter a file name for the HTML file to be created. Do not add a file extension: the system automatically uses the extension
.html
. - If required, make settings in the CATS_MY_PUSH table to trigger synchronization of the HTML documentation (see Schedule Synchronization of Static Objects). The table entry for synchronization is DOCUMENTATION.
- In the table CATS_MY_FIXTEXTS_C, enter the technical name of the document and the required user interface text for the hyperlink with which users are to call the document.
