Use
In this workstep, you assign user-defined fields to the service attributes. You can also provide service attributes for maintenance or display in the Time Sheet.
You can transfer a maximum of 10 service attributes to the data entry part.
Requirements
Standard settings
You have added service attributes to the structure CI_PRS_CPILS_1. This structure is contained in the database table of the Time Sheet (CATSDB). If necessary, consider which service attributes from the structure CI_PRS_CPILS_1 you want to provide as an input field or output field in the data entry part of the Time Sheet.
Activities
- Choose Assign Fields to Service Attributes.
- Include the required service attributes in the view.
In doing so, you can add up to 10 service attributes to the data entry part. Assign a number from 1 to 10 and add the name of the field.
The service attribute number that you assign here corresponds to the number of the service attribute in the field selection.
- Choose Include Service Attributes in Field Selection.
- In the field selection, check the properties of the added service attributes. If necessary, adjust the service attributes 1 - 10 to suit your requirements.

- Specify the properties of the service attributes based on individual data entry profiles.
