In the standard SAP Time Sheet, you can print a list of the data that has been entered when you maintain or display the time sheet. The report prints the columns that have been preselected. The data is printed using the standard print report for the Time Sheet.
In this step, you can create your own print reports so that the data is printed to suit your requirements.
You can specify your own print report for each data entry profile. In this way, you can vary the printout of the lists based on the data entry profile. You can also change the default print report for the profile from the time sheet.

Standard settings
In the standard SAP System, the Time Sheet: Print Times report (RCATSP01) is used to print the lists.
Recommendation
Use the report RCATSP01 as a template for creating your own print reports.
Activities
- Create your own print report
- Specify which print reports are permitted for the Time Sheet
- Assign these print reports to the relevent data entry profiles
