Use

In this IMG activity you specify which application is started with the central worklist (UWL) for approving working times.

Requirements

  • You use SAP Business Workflow.
  • Your approving manager uses the UWL to start the approval application.

Standard settings

In the standard system, the standard tasks for the workflow for the Cross-Application Time Sheet and the values for the Web application Approve Working Times are listed when you have activated an extension.

Activities

You are not using the Web application Approve Working Times and want to start the HTML version of an approval program.

  1. Delete the entries for the standard tasks TS31000004, TS31000006, TS31000007, TS20000459, TS40007901, and TS20000460.

You are using the Web application Approve Working Times but have defined your own workflow tasks.

  1. Copy the entries of the standard tasks TS31000004, TS3100000, and TS31000007.
  2. Implement your tasks as required.
  3. Register your work items. For more information about registering work items, see the documentation for the universal worklist (UWL).
