In this activity you assign the Rule Groups for Special Approval to individual data entry profiles.

Requirements

You have created the data entry profiles.

Standard settings

Activities

1. Call up a data entry profile.
2. In the Approval area, select the field With approval procedure for exceptions.
3. Specify a rule group for special approval.
4. If you want the data records that require no approval to be transferred to the SAP HR system, select the field Immediate transfer to HR.
5. If appropriate, select With SAP Business Workflow and specify a task ID.

   Note

   You cannot use the function With automatic determination of recipient for special approval because with special approval the recipient is only determined with the BAdI BADI_CATS_APPROVAL (CATS Approval), method DETERMINE_APPROVER (Determines Approver of a CATS Record).
