In this step, you determine the number range intervals for the time sheet.

You maintain two number range intervals that are administered internally by the system:

  • Number range for the document number for the time sheet
  • Number range for the internal key for the time sheet

Recommendation

  1. Do not change existing intervals since the document number and internal key are used to uniquely identify the data records.
  2. Choose number range intervals between 0000000001 and 9999999999

Activities

  1. Create the number range interval for the document number.
    To do this, select Create Number Range Interval for Document Number.
    1. Choose Change intervals.
    2. Enter 01 as the number range interval.
    3. Save your entries.
  2. Create the number range interval for the interval key.
    To do this, select Create Number Range Interval for Internal Key.
    1. Choose Change intervals.
    2. Enter 01 as the number range interval.
    3. Save your entries.
