Use
In this activity, you can specify the following settings (for systems higher than SAP BW 3.x).
- You can specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for the ad hoc analysis.
- You can specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for BEx Information Broadcasting.
- You can specify a Web template that is to be used during BEx Information Broadcasting for queries for generating documents.
- You can specify a Web template that is to be used in BEx Information Broadcasting for enterprise reports.
- You can specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for reports.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard Web template delivered (0ANALYSIS_PATTERN) is used for the ad hoc analysis.
The standard Web template delivered (0BROADCASTING_TEMPLATE70) is used for BEx Information Broadcasting.
The standard Web template delivered (0QUERY_TEMPLATE_BROADCASTING70), is used for broadcasting queries.
The standard Web template delivered (0REPORT_TEMPLATE_BROADCASTING) is used for broadcasting reports.
The standard Web template delivered (0REPORT_DEFAULT_TEMPLATE) is used for executing enterprise reports.
Activities
To specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for the ad hoc analysis, enter the technical name of the Web template under Ad Hoc Analysis. If you do not specify anything, the standard Web template delivered (0ANALYSIS_PATTERN) is used for the ad hoc analysis.
To specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for BEx Broadcasting, enter the technical name of the Web template under Broadcasting.
To specify your own Web template as the standard Web template during BEx Information Broadcasting for queries for generating documents, enter the technical name of the Web template under Query Precalculation.
To specify your own Web template as the standard Web template for reports, enter the technical name of the Web template under Enterpr. Reports.
Note that after you change the settings you need to start the J2EE Engine to activate the changes.
