Use

In Bill of Service, a number of system messages containing important information for users may be issued. Users can process this information further.

In this step, you can define whether the SAP System:

  •     Suppresses this information
  •     Issues it in the form of a warning
  •     Issues it in the form of an error message

In the event of an error message , you can only continue your processing if you correct your input.

You can group the messages according to user class by storing them under various versions which are then each assigned to certain users. In this way, for example, you can have the same message issued as an error message for one user and a warning message for another.

  1. Process the list of messages by assigning each one to a message category.
  2. If you have stored message categories under different versions, you can assign a version to certain users.
